The Cypress Group is pleased to offer a unique program; coaching for
owners, entrepreneurs, and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME) coaching program provides for
exclusive and confidential coaching/consulting with participants on a
variety of business issues confronting the business owner, manager, and
entrepreneur. The program is flexible and has been designed to provide
participants real time coaching, including advice and counsel, with options
for action.
SME’s are defined as companies with fewer than 1,000 employees. In the
United States they employ almost two-thirds of the entire workforce, and
play an enormous role in driving the global economy. Most SME’s are focused
and agile, and are ready to take their businesses to the next level. Like
larger businesses, SME’s have a need and desire for external assistance.
Particularly in these difficult economic times, some are faced with
decreasing revenues due to customer cutbacks in operational and capital
expenditure spending, and are exploring ways to reduce their own cost.

Participants in this exclusive program will have direct access to Mr.
Girouard along with his experience and knowledge of business, management,

The Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise –coaching/consulting program consists
of six months of unlimited access by e-mail, phone, or confidential
messenger service. The program assist participants in the following areas:
- Strategically - how to establish effective business strategies, how
to gain market share, how to become a market facing company, how to
establish a value proposition for customers, etc.,
- Operationally - how to effectively interface with that
critical customer, how to overcome customer objections, how to build
brand and customer loyalty, how to develop critical success factors,
etc.,
- Organizationally - how to organize resources to meet
customer demand, how to create an environment where the customers voice
resonates throughout your company, how to implement cultural change,
etc.
- Technologically – how to link archipelagos of
information, how to extend information technology capabilities to
customers and suppliers, how to use information technology and business
process for productivity gains, etc.
